[Guide] How to Unlock Characters In Blazblue Entropy Effect

Blazblue Entropy Effect launched in Early Access today, letting you play as various iconic Blazblue characters in a roguelite setting. That being said, chances are if you’re one of the people sitting around with bated breath for a follow-up to Central Fiction, chances are you’re in this for the actual characters.

At the start of the game, Blazblue  Entropy Effect only lets you play as Hibiki, though it shows you the other available characters, albeit greyed out. Most of them can be bought with a Prototype Analyzer that you’re not told how to get just yet.

After that, just talk to the NPC in charge of the Talent Codex- they’re impossible to miss since they sit right in front of the entrance to the Mind Training area. Unlocking enough Talents will earn you the Prototype Analyzer, letting you unlock one of the locked characters permanently.

Here’s the list of selectable characters:

• Hibiki (Unlocked at the start)
• Ragna The Bloodedge
• Noel Vermillion
• Lamda-11
• Es (Not available yet)
• Kokonoe
• Hakumen

It should be noted that despite being on the screen, currently Es is not available to be unlocked, and will instead be coming in a later update.
