It’s about time for a cozy onsen in the midst of snow with Ludmilla: Winter Owner in Goddess of Victory: Nikke, and here we have a character breakdown guide of her.
With the discovery of new hot springs, Ludmilla of the Unlimited squad somehow took on the role of being the owner of Snowfield Hot Spring, providing hospitality to the other Nikkes.
In this Goddess of Victory: Nikke guide for Ludmilla: Winter Owner, we will go through her abilities in detail, suggesting potential team synergies, and should you spend your resources pulling and building her.
Note that this guide will be an early first impression of the newly released character, and her overall performances and usability may differ over time.
Ludmilla: Winter Owner is a Water Code, Burst III, SSR Attacker class Nikke specializing in bursting down enemies with exposed Cores. She is manufactured by TETRA and wields a Machine Gun named Savior in the Snow.
Wielding a Machine Gun, she will have the following weapon stats:
- Ammo Capacity: 300
- Reload Time: 3.00 seconds
- Deals 5.86% of ATK as damage to targets.
- Deals 200% damage when attacking Core to targets.

Skill Breakdown
From the looks of her kit, Ludmilla: Winter Owner is looking to dominate in the DPS department and cement herself as the only snow queen. She is a unit that is highly effective against bosses with exposed Cores but still does impressive damage outside of such encounters.
The part of her kit that stands out is her ammunition uptime, ensuring she can always fire her gun with 20 rounds of ammo always added to the bullet count after 60 shots with Skill 1 active. Considering her Burst Skill also grants her an insane amount of Reloading Speed boost, she can almost always have ammo to spare even after burning through them with her extremely high fire rate Machine Gun.
Let’s talk about damage because she can unleash some disgusting destructions especially when she can consistently add in a good amount of final ATK additional damage to her targets. Her Skill 1 allows her to do so with 60 shots, while her Skill 2 adds in more damage if she is targeting Cores.
Taking consideration of her Burst Skill also adding more ATK to her stats and her Skill 1 causes enemies to take increased damage for 3 seconds. You have a character that seems to excel at demolishing bosses with Cores such as Chatterbox.
Team Synergies
While most of her abilities only benefit her, Ludmilla: Winter Owner does help out the team by increasing their damage output. In particular, her Skill 1 with the Damage Taken debuff, a good ability to enhance the overall team’s damage output.
Of course, from the meta standpoint, the best support she could get is either the Bunny Girls or JK School Girls, both groups of Nikkes that are highly sought after for many team compositions. Liter is also a good consideration if slot limitation is a concern and you have other allies you want bring along.
If you want her ammunition uptime to be almost 100% all the time, a great ally to have is Privaty as she synergized with Ludmilla’s own Reloading Speed buff. This means that Ludmilla: Winter Owner might be able to get instant reloads even without the Resilience Cube.
Given that she is a Water unit, she also pairs extremely well with Mary: Bay Goddess with her buff towards the said element.
Should You Pull?
The answer is, perhaps. Ludmilla: Winter Owner is a pure DPS character through and through, offering nothing else but damage. Sure, she can cause enemies to take more damage to help out the team but there are other Nikke who can offer similar effects.
In other words, she is great to have but will not be flexible to be used in many teams. That said, on paper, she seems to be one of the strongest DPS in the game and easily one of the best when it comes to bosses. Even comparable to the likes of Modernia as many would claim. If you are looking for a strong DPS, she is easily a must-pull and will stay relatively strong for a long time.
However, there is an important aspect of Ludmilla: Winter Owner that you must consider and that is she is ultimately a limited Nikke and will not be available anytime soon once her banner period ends. So if you are a collector or love her massive personality, definitely go for it!
