Ready to embrace the summer heat in Goddess of Victory: Nikke, Anis: Sparkling Summer dons her meticulously chosen swimsuit and joins her squad mates for a fun time at the beach.
Anis: Sparkling Summer is a limited SSR alternate variant of fan-favorite Nikke Anis and will not be available for recruitment once her banner ends.
Anis: Sparkling Summer is an Electric Code, Burst III, SSR Supporter class Nikke who wields the Libertine Aqua shotgun and is a part of the Tetra Line.
Note that this guide will be an early first impression of the newly released Nikke, and her overall performances and usability may differ over time.

Skill Breakdown
On release, Anis: Sparkling Summer will be the first-ever SSR Burst III Supporter Nikke in the game. She is a character that focuses on buffing Electric Code allies during Full Burst activation while also providing herself with benefits as she battle.
Much like Dorothy, she is more of a sub-DPS than a traditional support, assisting allies with mostly her damage output but still providing some buffs. Her Skill 1, Sparkling Boost boosts ATK of Electric Code allies by more than 50% of her own ATK, which is quite a significant amount. The ability also increases the reloading speed of Electric Code allies, which benefits many DPS that need frequent reloads.
Thankfully for Anis: Sparkling Summer, her pure focus on buffing Electric Code units did not push her to niche territory as some of the best units in the game belong to the element, such as Scarlet, Harran, and Guillotine. Furthermore, the Sparkling Boost effect triggering during Full Burst also helps improve her viability as the skill activation will be more consistent in many scenarios.
Another aspect of Anis: Sparkling Summer is her Skill 2, Sparkling Missile only activates on the last bullet fired but the passive does synergize with her other abilities’ reload speed boost. Through the use of Burst Skills, she is able to trigger the Sparkling Missile effect frequently. Her using a shotgun also helps at maintaining the Sparkling Missile effect, as you can manipulate the activation by timing when to spend the last bullet.
Final Thoughts
Overall, thankfully Anis: Sparkling Summer is at a great spot and can be a valuable ally especially if you have other Electric Code units to complement her. However, it may be harder to slot her into a team composition because of her being a Burst III unit, a position the most crucial main DPS takes. That said, her strength lies in her Skill 1 and Skill 2 so you can still bring her as a secondary Burst III unit but uses the Burst Skills of the main DPS since hers only benefits herself.
Onto the teams, there are various great teammates that will pair with her well such as any of the Electric Attackers like Scarlet, Harran, Isabel, Maiden, and more. Another recommended ally is the recently released Mast, a Burst II Electric Nikke that boosts critical hit rates of allies, helping Anis: Sparkling Summer to further improve other Electric main DPS. Privaty might be a great ally as well for her reloading speed increase and max ammo capacity boost, allowing allies to have longer ammunition uptime.
While there is no content in Goddess of Victory: Nikke that requires players to bring a pure element team to clear, Anis: Sparkling Summer is still a good pull for her ability to make already great units better. If SHIFT UP Corporation were to bring elemental-focused content into the game, Anis: Sparkling Summer will surely be one of the best units to have.
Regardless of what you think of her abilities, she is ultimately a limited Nikke and will not be available anytime soon once her banner period ends. So if you are a collector or love her massive personality, go for it.
