Yelan may be Hydro, but that doesn’t stop her from being the hottest new addition to Genshin Impact with new abilities to play around and Constellations to pray for. Let’s see what she brings to the dealer’s table.

TALENTS

Normal Attack: Stealthy Bowshot	Enters Breakthrough state after 5s out of combat. Next Charged Shot has 80% decreased charge time, which once charged, fires Breakthrough Barb dealing AOE damage based off Yelan's Max HP.
Lingering Lifeline	Increases Yelan's movement speed, and marks enemies. Generates 4 particles. Can move through small enemies. Explosion at end of skill is NOT AOE.
Depth-Clarion Dice	"Exquisite Throw" deals Hydro DMG based off Yelan's Max HP, firing off every 1s on Normal Attack or Lifeline explosion / hit. Can work with Raiden Shogun's Transcendence: Baleful Omen.
Turn Control	Increases Yelan's Max HP by 6 / 12 / 18 / 30% when party has 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 Elemental Types.
Adapt with Ease	"Exquisite Throw" increases active character damage by 1%, increasing by 3.5% every 1s, maximum 50%. Existing effect is dispelled when Depth-Clarion Dice is recast.
Necessary Calculation	25% more rewards when on Liyue Expedition for 20 hours.

CONSTELLATIONS

Enter the Plotters	Lingering Lifeline gains 1 additional charge.
Taking All Comers	When "Exquisite Throw" conducts a coordinated attack, fires an additional arrow dealing 14% of Yelan's Max HP as Hydro DMG. Triggers once every 1.8s.
Beware the Trickster's Dice	Level of Depth-Clarion Dice increased by 3. Maximum level is 15.
Bait-and-Switch	Increases all party members' Max HP by 10% for 25s for every opponent marked by Lifeline when it explodes. Maximum 40%.
Dealer's Sleight	Level of Lingering Lifeline increased by 3. Maximum level is 15.
Winner Takes All	Yelan enters Mastermind state on using Depth-Clarion Dice. All Normal Attacks become Breakthrough Barbs, becoming Charged Attacks and dealing 156% of a normal Breakthrough Barb's DMG. Lasts 20s or after Yelan fires 5 arrows.

All things considered, Genshin Impact has made Yelan pretty straightforward in her Constellations and Talents, with just some visual effects that may throw you off (with regards to Lingering Lifeline).
