LEGENDS LIMITED (LL) Goku (Youth) aka Kid Goku from the movie, Dragon Ball: The Path to Power has made his arrival to Dragon Ball Legends.
As we previously predicted, Kid Goku has finally made his debut in Dragon Ball Legends during this celebration.
Kid Goku is the headliner on the new ‘LEGENDS STEP-UP: The Path to Power!!’ Banner.
Kid Goku is an Element: PUR character, with the Son Family, Saiyan, Kids, DB, and Episode: Sagas From The Movies tags, making him a versatile choice for many meta teams.

Ability Breakdown & Team Recommendation
Kid Goku’s Main Ability is good, but pretty standard for new modern units, drawing an Ultimate Arts Card, drawing cards, restoring Health and Ki, and cancels debuffs.
At 0-5*, Kid Goku should be ran on the Leader Slot due to his less than favourable Z-Abilities. However, once he gains the Son Family Z-Ability at 6*, he can be ran on a very powerful BBP/Saiyan Setup, alongside LL Goku & Frieza (PUR/BLU) and LL Super Saiyan Goku (BLU), 2 of the best units in the current meta.
Unique Abilities
Unique Ability Breakdown & Final Thoughts
Kid Goku possesses many powerful traits in his unique abilities that make him one of the strongest characters in the game.
Having potential to drag out his combos for long durations with his constant card draws, he can easily farm a Rising Rush.
He also possesses an ability to negate LL Goku & Frieza’s Rising Rush counter, which in addition to his ability to farm a Rising Rush makes him an invaluable asset to have.
Furthermore, he has endurance and access to many avenues of healing, allowing him to outlive the rest of your party and utilizing his outstanding last man standing buffs.
His Unique Gauge also heals and buffs your allies, making him an unselfish team player.
Personally, I would rank Kid Goku somewhere in the Top 4 range, behind LL Goku & Frieza (BLU/PUR), LL Super Saiyan Goku (BLU), and LL Android #17 (BLU).
Banner Value
In terms of pure value, the LEGENDS: STEP-UP format is as good as it gets, costing 3500 Chrono Crystals for the first rotation, and 3200 for subsequent rotations, with a Free Consectuive Summon at the end of each rotation, and giving a Summon Coin per paid summon.
However, the featured unit lineup is not the greatest, with the highlights of the banner including LL Beast Gohan (BLU), Master Roshi (YEL), and Android #8 (BLU), which are decent, but not amazing options.
Other than the new Kid Goku, nothing else on the banner is noteworthy, giving the banner a 6/10 rating.
