GTA Los Santos Tuners Announced

Rockstar has announced Los Santos Tuners, the next update for GTA Online which adds more car-themed content, including a new social space for you and your fellow motorheads.

The update launches on July 20th on PS4, Xbox One and PC versions of the game.

LS Car Meets

One of these new features is the LS Car Meets, a place where you and other motorheads can show off your rides without worrying about someone sticking it with C4. Unfortunately this also means no weaponized vehicles, so no bringing your fighter jets to flex on your friends.

Additionally, you can also drop an extra GTA $50,000 to become a member of the LS Car Meet, letting you access a whole new Reputation system, as well as a Test Track to really show off your mettle. You can even try out pre-selected cars with the new Test Rides, letting you compete with your friends.

Members will also get to compete in rotating Prize Ride Challenges for the opportunity to win a special Prize Ride and get access to a range of special shops and features — including the Merch Shop, Tattoo Shop, and the Modding Area, where you can show off your customization prowess to other players in real time as you work on your stanced build. Higher level Members can also create a Private Takeover complete with customizable lighting and banner colors to decorate the Car Meet space to your tastes.

New Vehicles

Of course, what’s a car-based update without new cars. The Los Santos Tuners update for GTA Online will come with 17 new cars in total, with 10 of them being available at launch. These will run the gamut of dealers in Los Santos from imports like Annis to muscle cars like Vapid.
