Gran Saga servers will go live in Japan, scheduled for 11:00 JST on 18 November that you can pre-download today. The game will also have an official PC client which will not be available at launch, but is planned to be available within 2021. New commercials have also aired to promote the game ahead of launch, one of which you can watch below:
There will be two servers to start, so if you’d like to play with friends, you will need to be on the same server. A server will also have multiple channels, though you won’t be able to move channels whenever you like. You can, however, move to a friend’s channel or form a party.
There remains no apparent confirmation for a global release for the game, which players might not be able to expect within 2021 if at all. A brief overview of the game is given as follows:
Gran Saga is an upcoming mobile MMORPG from Korean developer NPIXEL, featuring cross-play between mobile and PC. Gran Saga features an anime-inspired art style, and features 3D hack-n-slash combat using a variety of weapons.
In Gran Saga, you utilize different Grans which act as a catalyst for weapons and playstyle. By switching Grans, players can utilize different moves to change up the combat. There are a plethora of different Gran weapons to collect and utilize.
