The game will require a minimum of Windows 10, so fans who were still holding out on upgrading should probably get their OS upgraded if they want to give the game a go. While both minimum and recommended versions of the Godfall PC Specs need Windows 10, the rest of them are quite different:
Minimum Specs
CPU | AMD Ryzen 5 1600 | Intel i5 6600 |
RAM | 12GB |
GPU | AMD Radeon RX 580, 8GB | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, 6GB |
This is quite a steep entry-level requirement, all things considered. Those not using bespoke gaming laptops will probably not be able to run the laptop, so consider looking into upgrades if this is one of your must-have titles for the year.
Recommended Specs
CPU | AMD Ryzen 5 3600 | Intel Core i7-8700 |
RAM | 16GB |
GPU | AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT, 8GB | NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, 11GB |
If you thought the game’s minimum specs were steep, wait until you see its recommended specs. 16GB is quite exorbitant, eliminating any general-use computers. At the very least it doesn’t need one of the RTX line from NVIDIA, so you should still be fine if you’re not future-proofing your build for the widespread adoption of ray-tracing.
Not into PC? Godfall will also release on PS5.
