Girls Book Maker has launched via DMM Games browser game platform, also working fine via mobile browser. Check out the promotional video below:
The basic conceit sees you, the player, summoned to oversee a great library known as Libretto. The stories contained within were at risk of being consumed, thus disappearing from the real world. The threat was repelled once, with the player having forged their bonds with the characters to repel the threat. However, the threat has now returned, and it is with those bonds that will reunite the player with the characters they have once made a connection with. It’s time to create another happy ending.
This is the web browser sequel to the original visual novel work, Girls Book Maker ~Shiawase no Libretto~. The girls are personified interpretations of the various written works of our world.
To celebrate the web version’s launch, you can log in for 2,500 diamonds over 10 days for the gacha. There are also “start dash” and premium currency packs to purchase if you so desire. Instead of a visual novel, the browser game is an RPG, with the usual story quests, character bond quests, expeditions and so forth. You’ll require a VPN if you intend to play it outside of Japan.
