Get your free MSI laptop health check this July 2020

MSI is relaunching the free health check for MSI laptops once more this July, dubbed “MSI Care for You”, to better service customers during this ongoing pandemic. The first free health check was provided in December 2019 to much incredible feedback, hence the return of the program.

The essential health check service will be available for the masses of MSI owners and will cover the GT-series, GS-series, GE-series, GP-series, Alpha-series, all MSI Workstation laptops, and all the MSI Prestige Series laptops.

The list of eligible laptops for MSI Care for You are:

• MSI GT-series
• MSI GS-series
• MSI GE-series
• MSI GP-series
• MSI Alpha 15
• MSI Workstation laptops
• MSI P75 and MSI P65
• MSI Prestige 14 and MSI Prestige 15
• MSI PS63 and MSI PS42

Owners will need to reserve a timeslot through this form. The service will include fan and air vents cleaning, exterior cleaning, thermal compound repasting, and over-all system diagnosis. Any repair work post diagnosis will be conducted according to MSI Malaysia’s warranty policy upon agreement from the laptop owner.

MSI encourages owners to back-up their data before sending their laptops for the check. Four locations are open in Malaysia:

1. Highpoint Service Network – Subang Jaya, USJ

   Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm / Monday to Friday
2. Highpoint Service Network – Plaza Lowyat
   Add: Lot 4.20, 4th Floor Plaza Low Yat, Off Jalan Bukit Bintang, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.
   Time: 10:00am to 5:00pm / Monday to Saturday
3. Highpoint Service Network – Penang
   Add: 1-2-55 Elite Avenue, Jalan Mayang Pasir 3, 11950 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang
   Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm / Monday to Friday
4. Highpoint Service Network – Johor Bahru
   Add: No. 17, Jalan Sri Plentong 3, Taman Perindustrian Sri Plentong, 81750 Masai, Johor Bahru.
   Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm / Monday to Friday

A free MSI Lucky keychain will be given to every owner bringing their laptop for the check-up. A lucky draw that includes an MSI mechanical keyboard, MSI sport bottles, Lucky figurines and gaming bags as prizes will be held for participants for the program too. Find more details here.
