Get a Health Check for your MSI laptop!

It’s not just you who needs a health check, your trusty gaming MSI laptop needs one too! For loyal customers, MSI is introducing a free of charge health check for laptops in Malaysia for the first time, to better serve customers.

This premium, but essential, healt check service is available exclusively for owners of the MSI GT-series, GS-series or GE-series line of laptops. Interested owners are required to reserve a timeslot for the service, or they will not be served. Free services including fan and air vent cleaning and system diagnosis will be provided. Any repair work needed after diagnosis will be conducted according to MSI Malaysia’s warranty policy upon agreement from the laptop owner.

To avoid unforeseen accidents, owners should back-up their data as always before bringing their laptops for checks, including licensed MSI repair partners. Four service locations in Malaysia and their timeslot details are as follows:

1. Highpoint Service Network – Subang Jaya, USJ

   Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm / Monday to Friday
