Genshin Impact 3.2 Update Featured in a Malaysia Newspaper

If it was not apparent enough how popular Genshin Impact is in Malaysia, then you would be shocked to know that a newspaper here has an entire page featuring the game.

Going from the image provided by reddit user u/Ikcatcher, the game got featured in Kosmo! Ahad that was published on 30th October 2022.

Forgoing the obvious typo in their headline, the article gives a rough overview of the 3.2 Update that is about to launch this 2nd November. The article even features images of the upcoming event, Fabulous Fungus Frenzy and the new character Layla.

This is not the first time Genshin Impact was advertised in Malaysia as previously there was an advertisement for the 2.1 Update aired on TV3 that even comes with a Malay dub.

If I had a nickel for every time Genshin Impact is advertised in Malaysia and in Malay language, I would have two nickels – which is not a lot, but it is weird that it happened twice, this time on a newspaper.

Genshin Impact is an open world RPG game by Hoyoverse and is available to play on PS4, PS5, Android, iOS and PC via their game launcher or Epic Games Store. The game will be having their 3.2 Update this 2nd November.
