With September 2023 coming to an end, Netflix is preparing another list of new titles to premiere in the coming weeks of October.
Like the months before, Netflix is bringing viewers an extensive batch of new shows, ranging from a slew of genres, for October 2023.
Without further ado, here are some noteworthy new titles coming to Netflix in October 2023.
PLUTO – Premiering October 26th
Based on the manga series of the same name by mangaka Naoki Urasawa, known for his work on other comics such as Monster and 20th Century Boys.
Pluto follows the Europol robot detective Gesicht as he attempts to solve the case regarding a string of murders happening to the world’s most advanced robots and their human allies, but soon discovers that he is also in danger.
BECKHAM – Premiering October 4th
A documentary series that follows David Beckham’s rise from his humble beginnings to global football stardom.
Bodies – Premiering October 19th
Four different detectives, living in four different timelines, found the body of the same murder victim in London’s Whitechapel.
In order to save the future, they will need to solve the murder and the mysterious conspiracy spanning over 150 years.
Sailor Moon Crystal – Season 1-3 – Premiering October 31st
Based on the popular shōjo manga series by Naoko Takeuchi and produced in commemoration of the original series’ 20th anniversary.
A tale of schoolgirl Usagi Tsukino gaining the power to transform into the magical alter ego Sailor Moon, by a mystical talking cat named Luna.
True Blood – Season 1-7 – Premiering October 1st
Based on The Southern Vampire Mysterious novels by Charlaine Harris.
True Blood follows Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin), a telepathic waitress, who finds her life upended when she meets vampire Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer).
Castaway Diva – Premiering October 28th
After fifteen years of being stranded on a remote island, an aspiring singer came back into society but stopped at nothing to pursue her dream of becoming a diva.
The Devil on Trail – Premiering October 17th
Using reenactments and home videos, this documentary investigates the supernatural case dubbed as the “Devil Made Me Do It”, following 19-year-old Arne Cheyenne Johnson seeking to claim his innocence over murders because a demon possessed him.
Doona! – Premiering October 20th
An upcoming romance series that follows college student Lee Won-jun (Yang Se-jong) becoming roommates with Lee Doo-na (Bae Suzy), a retired K-pop idol who had left her glamorous days behind.
