Last week on 10 January, Garena has dropped a surprise trailer teasing their first ever battle royale mobile game and now it is officially announced to be Free Fire – Battlegrounds. Some of you may have heard of the game as it is already available in stores since last December.
Officially published under the Garena brand now, Free Fire is a survival shooter game developed by a small game development team at Garena. Different from the usual battle royale mobile game, every match in Free Fire only allows 50 players and lasts only 10 minutes. You can choose your starting point freely with your parachute, grab weapons and supplies then fight to survive in the safe zone as long as possible.
A large variety of weapons from rifles to submachines guns and attachments are available, you will also able to drive different vehicles to travel across the vast map. There is a guild system too, you can form a guild and gather your friends to battle together!
Free Fire – Battlegrounds is available for both iOS and Android now, you can visit their official site or Facebook for more information.
