Intelligent Systems has just announced the release of the new Ascended Hero – Celica, Valentia’s Hope from Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia to Fire Emblem Heroes. The banner will be available starting on July 19th, at 12 A.M. (PT),
Along with Ascended Hero – Celica, Est and Kamui from Shadows of Valentia, along with FEH’s own character – Ymir will be appearing on the banner. Here are an overview on the character’s skills:
Celica – Valentia’s Hope
- Weapon: Mila’s Testament [Mt: 14, Rng: 2]
Accelerates Special Trigger (Cooldown count: -1). If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd + 6 to unit during combat, neutralises effects that inflict “Special cooldown charge -X” on unit, deals damage = 10% of foe’s Atk, and also, if unit’s HP ≥ 25% and foe would reduce unit’s HP to 0, unit survives with 1 HP.(Once per combat. Does not stack with non-Special effects that allow unit to survive with 1 HP if foe’s attack would reduce HP to 0.)
- Special: Moonbow [Cooldown:2]
Treats foe’s Def/Res as if reduced by 30% during combat.
- Skill Slot A: Life and Death 4
Grants Atk/Spd +7. Inflicts Def/Res -5
- Skill Slot B: Soul of Zofia
Neutralises effects that guarantee foe’s follow-up attacks or prevent unit’s follow-up attacks during combat. If unit’s HP ≤ 75% and unit initiates combat, unit can make a follow-up attack before for can counterattack.
- Skill Slot C: Inf. Null Follow 3
At start of turn, grants [Null Follow Up] to infantry allies within 2 spaces of unit.
Est – Sweet Baby Sis
- Weapon: Tri-Edge Lance [Mt: 16, Rng: 1]
Enables: [Canto (Rem, +1)] Grants Atk+3. If unit initiates combat or is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit, unit deals damage = 20% of unit’s Res and reduces damage from foe’s first attack by 40% during combat.
- Special: Iceberg [Cooldown: 3]
Boosts damage by 50% of unit’s Res.
- Skill Slot A: Atk/Res Push 4
At start of combat, if unit’s HP ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Res+7 but after combat, if unit attacked, deals 5 damage to unit.
- Skill Slot B: Flow Feather 3
If unit initiates combat, neutralises effects that prevent unit’s follow-up attacks during combat, and also, if unit’s Spd ≥ foe’s Spd-10, deals damage during combat = 70% of difference between Res stats (unit’s Res minus foe’s Res) and reduces damage from foe’s attack by 70% of that difference. (Excluding area-of-effect Specials. Min: 0. Max: 7).
Kamui – Wandering Blade
- Weapon: Up-Front Blade [Mt: 14, Rng: 1]
At start of combat, if foe’s HP ≥ 75%, grants Atk/Spd+5 to unit and neutralises unit’s penalties to Atk/Spd during combat.
- Special: Luna [Cooldown: 3]
Treats foe’s Def/Res as if reduced by 50% during combat.
- Skill Slot A: Spd/Def Ideal 3
At start of combat, if unit’s HP = 100% or if [Bonus] is active on unit, grants Spd/Def+5 to unit during combat.
- Skill Slot C: Atk/Def Oath 3
At start of turn, if unit is adjacent to an ally, grants Atk/Def+5 to unit for 1 turn.
Ymir – Life-Mother
- Weapon: Everliving Breath [Mt: 16, Rng: 1]
Grants Atk+3. If a Rally skill or movement Assist skill (like Reposition, Shove, Pivot, etc) is used by unit of targets unit, restores 10 HP to allies within 2 spaces of unit and target after movement, then neutralises any [Penalty] on those allies. (Includes unit and target. Does not stack even if effect ranges of unit and target overlap.) At start of combat ≥ 25%, grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to unit during combat and unit makes a guaranteed follow-up attack. If foe’s Range = 2, calculate damage using the lower of foe’s Def of Res.
- Assist Skill: Rally Up Atk+ [Rng: 1]
Grants Atk+6 to target ally and allies within 2 spaces of target (excluding unit) for 1 turn.
- Skill Slot A: Atk/Res Unity
If unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Res+5 and bonus to Atk/Res during combat = current penalty on each of those stats x 2 (Example: if unit has -7 penalty to Atk, grants Atk+19, for a net bonus of Atk+12.) Calculates each stat bonus independently.
- Skill Slot B: A/R Near Trace 3
Enables [Canto (Rem+1)]. Inflicts Atk/Res-3 on foe during combat.
- Skill Slot C: Everliving Domain
If unit is within 2 spaces of any allies, grants Def/Res+4 and the following effect to unit and those allies during combat. “If unit’s HP ≥ 75% and foe would reduce unit’s HP to 0, unit survives with 1 HP. (Once per combat. Does not stack with non-Special effects that allow unit to survive with 1 HP if foe’s attack would reduce to 0.)”
Atlas – Forest Muscle will also be available as a new 3* & 4* focus unit in the Fire Emblem Heroes: Ascended Hero Celica banner. Although his set was not shown in the video, he will be a Green Axe unit that will have the Special: Sol in his base kit.
Players who summon their first ever Ascended Hero will also be entitled to receive a free Ascendant Floret which can be added to their Ascended Hero’s stat.
