Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is Coming To Steam Today

The Final Fantasy VII 25th Anniversary Celebration Showcase started by revealing that Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade is coming to Steam later today, on June 17th.

Here is the trailer for the port which was shown at the Anniversary Presentation:

“Battle through Midgar with Cloud & the Avalanche team in FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE, releasing on June 17, 2022 on STEAM with full Steam Deck compatibility. FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE INTERGRADE is a visually enhanced edition of the critically acclaimed and award-winning game, featuring a brand-new episode featuring Yuffie as the main character, and numerous gameplay additions for players to enjoy.”

In FF7R EPISODE INTERmission, play as ninja Yuffie Kisaragi as she infiltrates the shadowy Shinra corporation to steal a powerful materia and restore glory to her homeland. Play alongside new characters and enjoy an expanded gameplay experience featuring multiple new combat and gameplay additions. This adventure brings a new perspective to the FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE story that cannot be missed.”

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade was released last year for the PS5 and The Epic Game Store. It is an enhanced port of Final Fantasy VII Remake featuring new content regarding one of the main party members of the original PS1 game: the ninja Yuffie.

Square Enix also announced that the game will be fully compatible with the Steam Deck for anyone who wants to play it on the go.
