Final Fantasy 16 PC Might Come Soon, Nvidia Game Driver Profile Discovered

Final Fantasy 16 might be coming to PC soon as the latest Driver update from Nvidia revealed a game driver profile for it according to a post on reddit. Although the official release notes do not mention this, users have confirmed the presence of profiles for Final Fantasy 16.

Square Enix released Final Fantasy 16 as a timed PS5 exclusive in June 2023, receiving praise for its engaging combat system and immersive story.

This development has fueled speculation that the PC release of Final Fantasy 16 could be imminent. Fans are eagerly anticipating potential announcements or releases at Gamescom on August 20, as head producer Naoki Yoshida, also known as Yoshi-P, will attend the Opening Night Live ceremony.

While the exact release date for the PC version remains unknown, the inclusion of these profiles in Nvidia’s driver update suggests that Square Enix is actively preparing for the launch. Additionally, rumors suggest that Square Enix plans to release a demo before the full launch, following a similar strategy to the PS5 release.
