FIFA 16: Ultimate Team was reported to be titled as FIFA Mobile last year, where EA would regularly update teams, features, modes etc., but that didn’t happen. Apparently they’re now about to name FIFA 17 as FIFA Mobile instead.
New Modes
Attack Mode
Inspired by New Star Soccer, you and your opponent take turns to take charge of your team’s attacking chances in each half, the most successful player wins the match. This mode suits whoever wants a quick game, mainly allowing focus on scoring goals.
Live Events
Can be triggered at any point, and are based on recent events in the football scene. They usually come in the form of mini games and provides rewards upon completion.
Leagues
Leagues (or essentially, guilds) allows you to play with friends to complete achievements together and play against other Leagues to reach the top of the leaderboard. There’s also an inter-league Championship for you to play against your friends.
Expanded Ultimate Team
The Ultimate Team is about to see an expansion! Though details are not clear yet, there seems to be a fresh approach to squad building, and you can boost and manage players easier than before.
FIFA Mobile is set to launch this fall, and as usual, we’ll keep you updated. You can pre-register now on Android too, once the game launches your device will automatically download it.
