Singapore has gotten its own release date for the first Fate/Grand Order Camelot movie, months after it released in Japan.
Wandering: Agateram will release March 6th in Singapore, though no details have been provided on participating cinemas in the country. The Singapore release of the Fate/Grand Order Camelot movie comes after its original release in Japan last December.
It should be noted that at the time of writing the movie doesn’t even have a US release date, slated only for some time in 2021.
This does spell well for a SEA release of the follow up movie, Paladin: Agateram. The movie recently got its own Japanese release date, so knowing that its preceding film got a release date outside of Japan means fans can expect a follow up.
Both movies adapt the story of the Camelot arc from the mobile game Fate/Grand Order, which features many of the Arthurian themed Servants such as Fate/Apocrypha’s Mordred, Fate/Extra’s Gawain and even an alternate take on series face Artoria Pendragon.
It also features other characters from Fate/Grand Order’s unique pantheon, such as Hassan-i-Sabbah, The First Assassin. The character had also made a brief appearance in the previous Fate/Grand Order anime adaptation, Absolute Demonic Front Babylonia.
The movie deals with the city of Jerusalem, which is now a vast desert and is being held by the Knights of Camelot. a new character, Bedivere, meets Grand Order protagonist and humanity’s final master, Ritsuka Fujimaru, and helps him to restore humanity’s history.
