Fate/Extra Record, Release Date and Platforms Unveiled

Publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment has just announced the remake, Fate/Extra Record will be having a release date of 2025. It will be available on PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam next year. Previously, developer TYPE-MOON STUDIO BB released a teaser trailer and mentioned that more info will be revealed on August 4, 2024.

Fate/Extra Record is an upcoming remake of the 2010 dungeon-crawling RPG Fate/Extra. It features enhanced graphics, updated gameplay mechanics, and additional story content. Check out the trailer below.

Now, the “Moon Holy Grail War” begins again!

The setting is a fictional world of spiritual particles called “SE.RA.PH.” constructed on the ocean of the moon . In search of the universal wish-granting device “Holy Grail” that can grant any wish, Masters and Servants team up to fight for survival in the “Moon Holy Grail War” that begins once again.

Master & Servant

128 of the world’s leading hackers, each with the ability to turn their own souls into Spiritons, are selected as Masters to participate in the Holy Grail War.

The ones they make contracts with are the souls of heroes and great men from history whose true names are concealed, and they are given seven different classes with different characteristics, such as Saber and Archer, and materialize as spiritual life forms into Servants.

At the end of their joint battle, entrusting each other with their souls, their pasts and hidden desires intertwine.

Fate/Extra Record will be coming to PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam with a release date of 2025.
