Level-5 has announced that the release of FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time, the sequel to Fantasy Life, will be delayed.
“In order to deliver the Nintendo Switch game “FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time,” which was scheduled to be released in 2023, in better quality to everyone, we have decided to change the release date to 2024.” said the announcement.
The game is now set to be released on the Nintendo Switch sometime in 2024.
An announcement for the new release date is planned to be revealed during the online event “LEVEL 5 VISION 2023 II,” which is scheduled to take place on November 29th, 2023.
FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time is a role-playing life simulation game that takes place on an uninhabited isle somewhere in the seas of Reveria.
On this island lies a mystery that no one has been able to solve, which includes a gaping hole, a dragon made of bone, and a girl’s message that begs you to save the world.
Players will journey between two time periods to uncover the truth of this island.
Fantasy Life Online, the previous installment of the franchise, had ended its services for its Japanese servers back in 2021.
