Fallout Shelter Online X Doom Eternal Collaboration Starts Today

A Fallout Shelter Online X Doom Eternal collaboration has just been announced. The Doom Slayer will be added in a limited pool from September 9th to 16th.

The Slayer is an attack-type dweller, with access to iconic weapons like his Super Shotgun. Despite being an Attack-class dweller, the Slayer can fire his gun in close range.

He also comes with a new Praetor Suit attachment, which is based on the Slayer’s armor from the Doom games. He also has a special Bond perk, called Wilds Wanderer.

The Doom Guy also has access to his iconic BFG 9000, which fires a powerful blast of argent energy at anyone unfortunate enough to be its target.

This is the first crossover for Fallout Shelter Online, the mobile game based off Fallout Shelter. Doom is no stranger to Fallout Tie-ins, as one of the collectibles in Doom 2016 was a Vault Boy-colored Doom Guy.

Though it had its humble roots as a shareware game in 1993, Doom has gained exponential popularity since the release of Doom 2016. The franchise has received a generous second wind, with The Doom Slayer even appearing in Quake Champions. The game also won Best Soundtrack at 2016’s Game Awards.
