Ubisoft has announced the Fair Play Program, a new program to encourage positive in-game interactions between players.

The program is designed to give players a better understanding on how disruptive in-game behaviours can affect not only other player’s experience but also yours.
The platform features 5 learning capsules with details as follow:
- Facts and statistics about toxicity in online gaming
- Explanation on what tilts players
- Self-assessment for players to understand the situations that tilts them
- Advice from pro-players
- Tips on how to react to disruptive behaviours.
Rainbow Six is also releasing the Reputation Score into its game, a new tool that allows players to view and understand the impacts of their behaviour in the game.

Both the Fair Play Program and Reputation Score are a part of the initative by Ubisoft to create gaming structures that encourage more rewarding social experience and less harmful interactions.
