At the Capcom June 2023 Showcase, it was announced that the publisher’s upcoming multiplayer shooter Exoprimal will be having a Second Open Beta Test from the 16th of June at 8:00 AM to the 19th of June at 7:59 AM, from Friday to Monday this week.
This comes just under a month before the game’s full launch on the 14th of July 2023. It was announced alongside more information about the game from the Capcom showcase:
The second Exoprimal Open Beta Test will allow players to try out new 10-player co-op missions as well as story content “that provides a more in-depth look at the ever-changing main game mode, Dino Survival”. This is all new content that was not shown in the first test and will feature a number of adjustments based on feedback.
During the showcase, they also revealed a mode in the game called “Savage Gauntlet” where users will take on 5 player co-op missions that will rotate every week.
Finally, they teased a new exosuit variant called Deadeye Alpha: Burst Fire which is equipped with can burst fire or be used like a shotgun for close-range combat. More variants will be added to the exosuits after the game has launched.
Exoprimal will be launching for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam on the 14th of July 2023.
