Electronic Arts and DICE have released Exodus, a short film giving a closer look at the events that started the No-Pat Civil War in Battlefield 2042. You’ll also be introduced to the cast of playable No-Pat characters, known as Specialists. Fans also get to be reintroduced to Battlefield 4‘s Kimble “Irish” Graves played by Michael K. Williams, returning as a playable No-Pat Specialist.
Get your introduction to the mysterious “Oz” who clashes with Irish over the No-Pats’ future along with sowing the seeds of conflict. The narrative will evolve as more Specialists are drawn in, bring with them their own stories and players who want to know the lore.
A deeply engaging multiplayer offering awaits, with three distinct experiences. Be part of the narrative as you see the world through the eyes of the Specialists, in an immersive and modern approach to storytelling. Prior to “Exodus”, journalist Kayvan Bechir spent 13 months embedded on a No-Pat vessel in his search for the truth in “Journey of the No-Pats”. Three truths, in fact:
- the United States and Russia are on the brink of war as the world struggles over resources
- Nomads from collapsed nations only seem to have a united front as the Non-Patriated (No-Pats), with conflicting agendas within
- Oz, a mysterious No-Pat leader who wants to unite the No-Pats, pulling strings from the shadows
Now on the warship Exodus, Kayvan will undoubtedly be witness to the upcoming fate of the No-Pats within Battlefield 2042 as Oz reroutes them to London for a mission.
