The story of the game centers the metropolis of Etheria, which is virtual and neon-lit on the brink of a terrible war. All players will take on the role of Hyperlinkers, who are an elite group of warriors struggling against the advancements of AI, rebellious factions, supernatural disturbances and more in which the player must put an end to all their strife.
