Bandai Namco Entertainment Asia has announced that Patch 1.07 has been distributed for Elden Ring to improve the stability of gameplay and adjust balance.
The patch will be for Elden Ring on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Steam.
Patch 1.07’s new feature is the addition of separate damage scaling for the PVP mode of Elden Ring.
This feature allows separate damage scaling for Weapons, Skills, Spells and Incantations when playing against other players. This adjustment is used to balance in Player versus Player settings and will not affect single-player and cooperative play.
A few of the adjustments made that are exclusive to PvP are as follows:
- Increased stamina attack power for all attacks against guarding enemies in PvP, except for long-ranged weapons.
- Improved poise damage in PvP for every weapon’s normal attack, except for Skills and long-ranged weapons.
Other bug fixes and balance adjustments has been made into the game such as:
- Fixed a bug that prevented users from obtaining items such as Great Runes, Crystal Tears, Cracked Pots, and Ritual Pots when the number of items in the inventory and the storage had reached the maximum limit.
- Adjusted player character control when playing certain damage animations.
