505 Games and Rabbit & Bear Studios have announced the release date of Eiyuden Chronicle : Hundred Heroes, which is set to launch on 23rd April 2024.
The title was initially announced back in 2020 as a kickstarter campaign.
For those who might not familiar with the title, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is a turn-based strategy JRPG by game developers Yoshitaka Murayama (Suikoden I & II) and Junko Kawano (Suikoden I & IV).
The game features a six-character battle system, 2D sprites in 3D backgrounds, a riveting story with over 100 playable characters and an engaging gameplay system that brings a modern take on classic JRPGs.
“We are thrilled to finally announce the release date of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes,” said Studio Lead Yoshitaka Murayama.
“Having our game featured at Nintendo Direct this year is a real testament to the hard work of our team, but more importantly, to the patience of all our fantastic backers who have had the faith in us to deliver the Action JRPG they’ve been waiting for.”
The game will release on 23rd April 2024 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.
