[E3 2019] Luigi’s Mansion 3 revealed

The Luigi’s Mansion series has made a big comeback at E3 2019 with the reveal of Luigi’s Mansion 3. It will be available for Nintendo Switch in 2019 and will come with interesting new features.

In Luigi’s Mansion 3, Luigi and gang go on another holiday. Stuck in a haunted hotel, Luigi must traverse the creepy tower to rescue his friends.

Now in version ‘G-00’, the Poltergust remains Luigi’s main weapon in dealing with the aggressive ghosts that haunt the hotel. While a ghost is trapped, you can also slam them around – an excellent means of bludgeoning other nearby ghosts.

But perhaps the most interesting new feature is Gooigi. Essentially, it is a slime body that looks identical to Luigi. Gooigi can do things that Luigi can’t such as walking over spike traps or pass through metal gates. You can even get a second person to be your co-op partner by helping you control Gooigi.

Finally, there’s the ScareScraper mode, which enables local or online co-op for up to eight players.
