Naughty Dogs has done a tremendous job ever since The Last of Us. Now with the second installment, The Last of Us 2, we see Ellie all grown up and she’s way badass now and better at the bow too! With the gameplay shown during Sony PlayStation’s Media Showcase, we were introduced with fluid and immersive environments where stealth is becomes easy.
Seeing as Ellie tackles the situation, she is able to slip through her enemies and in-between shelves to get past them and take them down. The graphics on the game is really good as we see Ellie actually getting wounded in the gameplay and proceeds to pull out the shiv that’s stuck on her shoulder. This gives more to realism and that’s a crucial feature that was called for in a zombie game.
However, The Last of Us is not any zombie apocalypse game. Ellie was and is a special kid and she has something that most people want. Of course, I will not spoil it but for those who have played The Last of Us will know what I’m talking about. For now, we don’t know what situation was Ellie in and Joel was nowhere to be found. Maybe a rescue mission? Maybe.
