Dynamotion MetalGreymon (Blue) figure available for pre-order

Earlier today, Bandai announced that a repainted Dynamotion figure of MetalGreymon, MetalGreymon (Blue) is available for pre-order. Officially named as “Dynamotion [Heavy Painted Version] MetalGreymon (Blue)”, the figure can be pre-ordered via Premium Bandai.

For those who aren’t aware, MetalGreymon (Blue), also sometimes called MetalGreymon (Virus) in the west, debuted in Digimon Adventure 02 as a Dark Digivolution of Greymon. Nowadays, MetalGreymon (Blue) is commonly seen as the Perfect (Ultimate) form of the Agumon (Black) evolution line in most of the Digimon video games.

Specs-wise, the figure is basically identical to the standard MetalGreymon. Its dimensions are approximately 170mm x 160 mm x 195 mm (Height x Width x Depth). Made from PVC, the figure features a more detailed paint job, aimed at making MetalGreymon (Blue) look as realistic as possible, as per the “heavy painted version” label.

The figure is priced at 3,960 yen (about 34.15 USD). Pre-orders for it are open from now until 23:00 JST February 7, 2022. The product is scheduled to ship sometime in May 2022. You can pre-order the figure yourself by heading to Premium Bandai.
