Square Enix has revealed new information for the upcoming Dragon Quest Treasures, this time bringing information on rival gangs scattered in the land of Draconia.
The land of Draconia is full of treasures and you are not the only one after them. These rival gangs will do all sorts of things from attacking you while you are out in the field to raiding your base to steal the treasures you have kept.
However, not all rival gangs are hostile and they would prefer to be friends with you, even going so far as offering tips on treasure hunting.
The Thunderous Plunderers
One of the top two notorious treasure-hunting gang consisting of sky pirates with a flying ship at their disposal and members roughing over several hundred members, both human and monster.
Long John Silverbones (VA: Gbolahan Obiesan), the cruel and cold-hearted leader of the gang known for disposing of anyone he has no use for.
Gustav (VA: Dino Kelly) is one of the officers of the gang and worships his leader and Bonnie (VA: Elena Saurel) is an officer and also acts as the elder sister of the gang.
Admiral Mogswarth (VA: Kevin Eldon) is a precarious member of the gang and has taken an interest in Mia ever since she arrived in Draconia.
The duo Shambles (VA: Emma Ballentine) and Shady (VA: Nick Blakeley) are never seen without the other and tend to be a bit of a burglar.
The Sylphanian Expedition
A special expedition group dispatched from the Sylphanian Kingdom and has their base of operations on two separate islands.
Captain Levantor (VA: Mark Noble), is the figure leading the expedition and has a history with Long John Silverbones.
Gayle (VA: Kate O’Flynn), a novice working under the captain and is working hard to improve her skills.
Princess Anemone (VA: Kate O’Flynn), the princess of the Sylphanian Kingdom and also an accomplished scholar. She can decipher the ancient scripts and is after something other than treasures on Draconia.
Dragon Quest Treasures is a treasure hunting RPG by Square Enix to be released on Nintendo Switch on December 9th, 2022. Pre-order for the game is open and offers lots of in-game bonuses from monsters to useful items.
