Time to get excited because, alongside a new trailer that showcases the rivalry of Goku and Vegeta, Bandai Namco has also confirmed the first 24 playable characters out of a roster of 164 fighters in Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO.
In the new trailer that shows gameplay of Goku and Vegeta duking it out, a roster size of 164 playable characters and variants has been confirmed for Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO at the end.
In addition to the trailer, publisher Bandai Namco also released official news confirming the first 24 playable characters and forms in the game, who are all Goku and Vegeta…

First revealed during The Game Awards 2023, Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO is a new 3D arena fighter and a spiritual successor to the Budokai Tenkaichi series, featuring characters teleporting around barren wastelands and engaging in destructive beam clashes in typical Dragon Ball fashion.
Aside from Goku and Vegeta, many other fan-favorite characters were also teased including Krillin, Tien, Android 18, Mr. Satan, and villains Frieza and Broly.
Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO is currently planned to launch on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows PC via Steam, but an official release date has not been announced yet.
