DNF Duel release date announced, Arc World Tour 2022

DNF Duel has finally gotten its release date announcement, alongside its confirmation for appearance at the Arc World Tour for 2022. Its short trailer can be seen below:

DNF Duel is slated for a 28 June 2022 release date and will be featured alongside Guilty Gear STRIVE at the Arc World Tour 2022 event. The competitive event itself hasn’t had much details yet, but we can probably safely assume it won’t be that soon after the game’s launch so that people can actually get to some competent level before they throw themselves into the ring.

The Arc World Tour 2022 event will have a prize pool of over $100,000, promising more major announcements to come. Fans and competitors alike should be looking forward to dates, format and any additional titles.

Dungeon&Fighter as a series seems to be on something of a resurgence, or at least, appearing to want to push it more mainstream. The mobile game will be launching in South Korea in short order, and the OVERKILL 3D side-scrolling RPG that was teased in the past year.

Apart from all that, the DNF Duel Youtube channel has been showing off teasers of characters and music. Until more information comes out, like that of availability for one, you can browse that while you wait.
