Arc System Works has announced Beta 2 for DNF Duel, letting you try out the game ahead of its release date later this summer.
The announcement for Beta 2 was made via the latest DNF Duel Trailer, which shows off the Ghost Blade playable character.
The beta will run from 11am JST (10am Malaysia time) on April 2nd, ending at 11pm JST (10pm Malaysia time) on the 4th, and will be available on PS4 and PS5 for players to try for free.
From the trailer it looks as though it will feature the most up to date roster of announced characters, including the Dragon Knight, Vanguard, Kunoichi and Ghost Blade.
We actually know little else about what else will be new in the beta test- there were many complaints in the last beta about a lack of single player content such as a Training Room, so it’s unclear if this beta will include any of those.
DNF Duel is the fighting game based on the Dungeon Fighter Online franchise, featuring characters based off of the multiple MMO classes in the game.
Despite not having launched yet, Arc System Works has already announced they have big plans for the fighting game- the game has a slot on the ARC World Tour fighting game circuit, alongside Guilty Gear Strive, their other big fighting game actively getting support right now.
