DNF Duel announced by Nexon

For the Dungeon&Fighter franchise fans, you’ll soon be getting an all new game in DNF Duel! The announcement was made by Nexon, the game to be co-developed with their consolidated subsidiary, NEOPLE INC, as well as acclaimed Japanese studio, ARC SYSTEM WORKS. The 2D fighting game will be developed for multiple platforms, the exact platforms of which were not mentioned. The collective expertise of these two studios promises an outstanding fighting game experience for players and an exciting new direction for the Dungeon&Fighter franchise.

Enthusiasts would have found out about DNF Duel earlier in the week on 26 December at the Nexon Dungeon&Fighter Universe Festival. Further information will be provided at a later date.

We should be able to expect the game to arrive on the next generation consoles as well as PC, since Dungeon Fighter Online can be found through Steam. Will it be free to play, or will it be a paid title with add ons? In any case, the news is technically an announcement of announcement, so we’ll have to stay tuned for developments.
