Square Enix has announced the end of service for Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia 7 years since the game’s release.
In an official announcement from the game’s Facebook page, Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia is set to end its services on 29th February 2024.
“To our loyal players, It is with deep regret that we inform you that DISSIDIA FINAL FANTASY OPERA OMNIA will end service on Feb. 29, 2024 UTC. We would like to thank you for your many years of support, and hope you can enjoy playing for a little while longer.” the announcement reads.
As of time of writing, all sales of in-game currencies will cease and any gems that are currently owned will still be available till the end of the game’s service.
Additionally, any unused paid in-game currency will be refunded back to the players at the end of service.

Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia was initially released for Android and iOS back in 1st February 2017 in Japan and then later in 23rd January 2018 globally.
The game features characters from previous Final Fantasy titles and adopts a turn-based combat with a unique Bravery system which challenges players to balance between offense and defense as the Bravery system builds up.
According to AppMagic, Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia had garnered a total lifetime revenue of over $199 Million USD since the game’s release.
