Meanwhile Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hacker’s Memory was first launched for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita in December 2017 in Japan and January 2018 worldwide, and Switch and PC via Steam worldwide in October 2019.
Both of these games are a third-person RPG where players control a human character with the ability to command Digimon, digital creatures with their own unique abilities who do battle against other Digimon. Players can choose between either Palmon, Terriermon or Hagurumon as their starting partner at the beginning of the game, with more able to be obtained as they make their way into new areas.
