Bandai Namco has announced that Digimon Links will be shutting down worldwide on 30th July 2019. The game has been around since late 2017 but it looks like its time is up.
A screenshot of was posted on a Reddit thread, which detailed the official announcement. While you will still be able to use any existing DigiStones you have already purchased, micro-transactions have now been disabled in the English version so you can’t buy more of them. Those who are playing on the Japanese server can still buy DigiStones until 27th June 2019.
Digimon Links is a game where you can collect and train Digimon to fights in 3v3 turn-based battles. The game’s main draw is the multitude of Digimon you can collect and relative simplicity in game mechanics.
