Digimon Links will be shutting down globally on 30 July 2019

Bandai Namco has announced that Digimon Links will be shutting down worldwide on 30^th July 2019. The game has been around since late 2017 but it looks like its time is up.

A screenshot of was posted on a Reddit thread, which detailed the official announcement. While you will still be able to use any existing DigiStones you have already purchased, micro-transactions have now been disabled in the English version so you can’t buy more of them. Those who are playing on the Japanese server can still buy DigiStones until 27^th June 2019.

Digimon Links is a game where you can collect and train Digimon to fights in 3v3 turn-based battles. The game’s main draw is the multitude of Digimon you can collect and relative simplicity in game mechanics.
