Earlier today, the release date of Digimon Ghost Game was revealed alongside some of the voice cast and staff who will work on the anime. Previously revealed to be a fall 2021 release, Digimon Ghost Game has a release date of October 3, 2021.
A new key visual is also revealed which looks a lot more stunning compared to the previous one. The three main characters and their Digimon can be seen below, with what appears to be an unknown Digimon ominously lurking behind them.
Together with the key visual, some of the voice cast for the characters were also revealed. They are:
- Hiro Amanokawa voiced by Mutsumi Tamura
- Gammamon voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro
- Ruri Tsukiyono voiced by Yu Kobayashi
- Angoramon voiced by Kazuya Nakai
- Seijiro Higashimitarai voiced by Kira Ishida
- Jellymon voiced by Yuu Shimamura
Additionally, some of the main staff were also revealed. Kimitoshi Chioka, the series director for Dragon Ball Super and GeGeGe no Kitaro, will be helming the anime as the director. Character designers are Tenya Yabuno while the Digimon were designed by Kenji Watanabe.
