If you think the release date is odd – it’s a Monday – it is still a leak after all, and we’re going to find out sooner or later from official sources regarding Diablo 4 anyway. Aggiornamenti Lumia notes that because of timezones, some areas may get it on 6 June. Seems like a fitting date, it being 6.6. Seeing as The Game Awards 2022 is coming up in short order, it’s possible the game will have a major announcement at the event, as it is known to happen. What’s definitely confirmed at this juncture is a 2023 release date, provided it does not get hit by delays.
For the time being, you can always keep an eye out for the latest updates on the game at its official website. Select players have been able to try out a closed beta test of its endgame, in addition to the various quarterly updates the team have been putting out with regards to its other systems.
