Dead Island 2 sales has reached over one million copies sold worldwide just three days after its release on 21st of April 2023 according to Deep Silver and Dambuster Studios.

With that many sales being made, here are a few more interesting statistics shared in regards to Dead Island 2:

• 11 million total hours played
• 28 million total number of player deaths (over twice the population of Los Angeles)
• 45 million zombies sliced in half
• 756 million zombie limbs hacked off
• 1.1 billion zombies slayed
