The Capcom Fighting Collection releases today bringing 10 of Capcom’s classic titles to a new audience of players.
The line-up includes Hyper Street Fighter II, Super Gem Fighter MiniMix, and Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo from the Street Fighter series, which celebrate its 35th anniversary, and the complete collection of the Darkstalkers series with 5 titles including the Vampire Hunter 2 and Vampire Savior 2. This will be the first time these two games have come outside of Japan.
In addition, the collection also includes Cyberbots and Red Earth, appearing for the first time on home consoles and PC.
Furthermore, the Collection also supports online multiplayer with rollback netcode as well as a virtual museum with over 500 works of art and more than 400 songs. These include concept art from each of the games included some of which have never been released before.
Finally, the Capcom Fighting Collection also added several quality-of-life features that were not presented in the original versions of each game. There Training Mode that allows you to practice at your own pace as well as in-game Fighter Awards achievements. There are also Display Filters that allows you to change the screen to look like an old-school CRT television.
The Capcom Fighting Collection is now available for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
