Legendary first-person shooter series Crysis is getting its fourth entry in the franchise as developer Crytek just announced Crysis 4. Check out the announcement trailer for the game below:
Currently, the 4th instalment in the Crysis series only has a working title. With a tagline of “Join The Journey. Become The Hero,” developer Crytek is claimed that they have job openings for “people who will truly shape the future of the franchise.” Based on Crytek’s career page, over 20 positions are currently open for Crysis 4, most of which are artist and designer positions.
According to Crytek CEO, Avni Yerli:
“Crytek has a proud history of working with our community to develop the games you want to play. Crysis is incredibly important to so many people – it’s beloved by gamers everywhere, and some of those working in the industry today are doing so because of the original game – so we want to make sure the next instalment in the franchise lives up to all of your expectations. Make sure to join our socials and get involved!”
Jokes about PC’s capabilities in running the game aside, it still remains what platforms the Crysis 4 will be available on or when it will be released. To stay updated on the game’s development, follow Crysis on Twitter.
For the time being, fans can enjoy the Crysis Remastered Trilogy which was released last year.
