Crunchyroll-Hime, the brand mascot for anime streaming service Crunchyroll has made a debut as a VTuber and had her first stream last night. The stream mainly had Crunchyroll-Hime introducing herself and what she plans to do in her streams.
The stream started with a basic introduction of who Crunchyroll-Hime is and why she has decided to become a VTuber. She speaks primarily in English and Japanese but also showed her skills in Korean, French, and a couple more languages.
Beyond this, as you can imagine, she says she likes anime and video games including Animal
Crossing, Super Smash Bros, and Persona, and she hope to use these streams to watch anime and play games with viewers.
Hime’s goals for her channel include collabing with other VTubers, attend a convention in the real world, get over her fear of horror games and make the biggest old fashion doughnut.
Her model was done by Siino and the model was done by the Blacksmiths of Iron Vortex.
Crunchyroll Hime will be further advertising her debut by appearing in one of Crunchyroll’s games, the new RPG Mitrasphere where she’ll be a guest character.
Crunchyroll-Hime, the brand’s princess mascot, will be appearing in “Mitrasphere,” Crunchyroll Games’ latest multiplayer online RPG. In this special in-game event, Crunchyroll-Hime and Yuzu find themselves transported into the world of “Mitrasphere.” Landing in the center of Edol Town, the prominent city of the plainsfolk (humans), they bump into the audacious Sky Pirates in the middle of their plotting. Determined, Hime and Yuzu join forces with Matilda, Hildegard, and other familiar faces as they work to uncover and thwart the Sky Pirates’ plans to wreak havoc upon Edol Town. This limited-time crossover event is full of new adventures featuring Crunchyroll-Hime and Yuzu, along with lots of free rewards for players!
