About Crisis Core Final Fantasy VII Reunion
To those who are unfamiliar, Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion is a prequel to the original PlayStation 1 Final Fantasy VII game. The story of the game centers around the main character Zack Fair who goes on to play an important part in the backstory of Final Fantasy VII protagonist – Cloud Strife.
The gameplay for the new remaster shows off an action hack and slash style of combat system which is similar to the remake of the Final Fantasy VII game. It’s also worth noting that the producer of the original game said that the remaster will be faithfully retelling the plot of the original game.
Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII Reunion will be released for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, as well as on PC via Steam.
