Criminal Girls X opens pre-registrations

A new RPG for Criminal Girls, called Criminal Girls X, has opened pre-registrations for the PC and Android version via DLsite. Pre-registering will provide participants with a pack that has a gacha ticket and items that can help you bond with the girls. Pre-registration for the iOS version is scheduled to begin in March.

If you’re unfamiliar with the name, here’s a blurb for Criminal Girls: Invite Only, the first game:

7 girls have been gathered in the hell spire. These girls, who are called, “Delinquents,” are tainted by their criminal DNA. A special rehabilitation was prepared for these girls: the “Reformation Program.” The goal of this program is to have the girls climb to the highest floor of the spire. If they do, their sins shall be atoned, and they can be revived back into the mortal world.

As the program instructor, it is your mission to guide the 7 girls to the very top of the spire. However, these girls are super unique! Will things really go as smoothly as planned?

Criminal Girls X is being developed as the 10th anniversary project for the game that was initially released in 2010. You’ll be able to communicate with 24 girls in X, whom you can see in the gallery below. The game is apparently going to be VR compatible on mobile.

A provisional name “MIKAGEProject” for 2021 to be on PS5, PS4, Switch and Steam is planned. More information on this is expected at Anime Expo this year.
