Crash Bandicoot: On The Run is available now in select countries, including Malaysia. The game is a mobile runner based off of the Crash Bandicoot IP.
Though the game had soft-launched in the region previously, it’s now officially out letting fans try out all the games features, including its asynchronous multiplayer mode.
According to the game’s Google Play page, engaging in the Multiplayer mode with your friends will allow you to get trophies together as you compete to clear courses.
Crash Bandicoot: On The Run also has a base-building element to it, letting you build facilities to upgrade Crash’s arsenal of tools for various missions.
On top of that it features a whole host of villains for you to fight, including classics like Neo Cortex. Fan favorites like Dingodile are also present, as enemies for Crash and Coco to face.
Similar to Crash 4: It’s About Time, you’ll also have a variety of costumes for the Bandicoots to wear, letting you run according to your own fashion tastes instead of just running as Default Crash.
The game will be free-to-play, with no progression-related content being locked behind a paywall. However, similar to many other mobile games, there will still be in-app purchases, allowing you to buy optional items.
