Coromon, the pixel art monster-collector game that’s currently available on Steam has a release date for its mobile version.
According to a new trailer for the game Coromon Mobile will release on Android and iOS devices on November 8th.
Rather than be free-to-play, developers TRAGsoft say the game will be adopting a try-before-you-buy model: meaning the game will have a free demo to play, which you can upgrade into the full version via an in-app purchase.
The same method is being used for Resident Evil Village’s mobile version on iPhone.
It’s not been mentioned if it will share the same pricing as its Steam version, where the game is currently RM49.
In addition, TRAGsoft have also confirmed that the game will feature cross-progression and cross-play, letting you connect with players on the Steam version.
Coromon is a monster collector that launched on Steam in March, featuring a full-on JRPG story as well as the ability to customize both your player character as well as their Coromon partners.
Being built to cater to fans of other monster collectors like Pokemon, it also includes a variety of features like a built-in randomizer as well as Nuzlocke challenges for players seeking a more difficult experience.
