Cookie Run Kingdom Launches The Black Pearl Islands And Two New Cookies Today

Cookie Run Kingdom has launched its latest update which includes its latest event: Legend of The Duskgloom Sea which takes players to the Black Pearl Islands and introduces two new cookies, these being Captain Cavier Cookie and Black Pearl Cookie.

Captain Caviar Cookie

The first new cookie that arrives with the update is Captain Cavier Cookie. This notorious pirate is an Epic Bomber Cookie.

His English language voice actor is Dave Fennoy, most well known for voicing Lee Everett in the Telltale Walking Dead video game series. His voice in Japanese is done by Gentoku and his Korean voice is done by Kim Dong-hyun.

Black Pearl Cookie

The elusive Black Pearl Cookie is the latest legendary cookie to be added to the game. she’s an ambush cookie that stands in the middle row.

She is voiced in English by Erica Mendez, who previously voiced Retsuko in Aggrestuko, Megumin in Konosuba, and Emma in The Promised Neverland. In Japanese, she is voiced by Atsumi Tanezaki who has also done the voices of Emporio and Jojo’s Bizzare Adventure: Stone Ocean and Sajuna Inui in My Dress Up Darling. Her Korean voice actress is Bang Yeon-ji.

Black Pearl Islands

Alongside the two new cookies is a new mode called Black Pearl Islands where the player adventures on Captain Caviar’s ship to explore the titular Black Pearl Islands.

In this mode, players will guide the ship through the Ocean, segmented by a grid. Here you can run into battles or various other hazards and gain items and experience along the way. You can raise the level of your ship using black pearl coins that you earn in battle.
